My weight is up 2 pounds this morning. I'm sure eating at Buffalo Wild Wings had everything to do with it. I had their Asian Zing Chicken Salad [grilled diced chicken with Asian Zing sauce, iceberg, white cheese, 3 tortilla chips, dressing on the side] and ate probably 3/4 of it and very little of the dressing. I also had 2 plain wing pieces, 2 buffalo chips, and maybe 8 oz of Coors Light. I didn't particularly enjoy it and found myself wanting the stuff I've been eating over the past week. Before we went out, I had about 1/2 glass of red wine. When we got home, as a test I ate 2 (yes, just 2) Cool Ranch Doritos. They were good, but I could take 'em or leave 'em. That's progress. Thought I'd have the rest of my glass of wine, took once sip, and just didn't want it. It's still sitting on the kitchen counter. I also had 2 chocolate chip cookies before bed which is probably why my blood sugar was elevated this morning. Now, I'm looking forward to fruit and maybe some salad greens for breakfast.
