Workout
I managed to get to bed a little earlier last night & initially woke up at 5:15. That was only 6 hours of sleep, so I dozed until about 5:50. The run felt off from about 10 minutes in until the end. Ran 3 miles in 33:53 (11:18) and then just walked. And walked some more. And then even more. Additional running wasn't in the picture. My legs just aren't back to normal, yet. One good hill and they are toast.On the plus side, I found 13 cents. And a dog. Yep, a dog followed me home. He's tied up out back at the moment. Collar, but no tags. He looks like a young beagle/pointer mix. After I get cleaned up, I'm taking to the vet to see if he's micro-chipped and/or if they recognize him.
