Not a good run. Walked several times. Ankle is really sore. At this point, I'm planning to call my doc in the morning. I've had ice on it off and on this morning while watching Le Tour.
Food
Breakfast: banana [pre-run]; 7 Triscuits, honey, smidgen of peanut butter, 1/4 oz almonds [post-run]Morning Snack: celery, clementine
Lunch: big salad- spinach, onion, red & green bell pepper, banana pepper, cauliflower, tomato, blueberries, goat cheese, ground flaxseed, balsamic vinegar; 2 oz black bean bakes tortilla chips and pineapple salsa.
Afternoon Snack: boatload of Triscuit and honey ... having a major carb craving attack.
Supper: Made some hamburger helper without the hamburger (it was already in the pantry from ages ago) ... ugh. Ate a few spoonfuls and relegated the rest to the compost pile. Had a couple almonds, 3 more Triscuits with honey. More black bean tortilla chips and salsa. Sigh. Nutrition at its finest. :-(
