It was supposed to be a rest day, but since I took Tuesday off, I figured a nice walk would be good. Lower back a bit achey. Ankle ok other than slight twinge going up the steep part of the big hill.

Food

Breakfast 9:15 a.m.: 1/2 apple, cantaloupe, watermelon, grapes, 1/2 oz almonds.
Morning Snack 11:30 a.m.: Diet Coke, chocolate chip cookie.
Lunch 1:50 p.m.: big salad - mixed baby greens, bell pepper, onion, tomatoes, avocado, clementine, ground flaxseed, balsamic vinegar; 1/2 apple.
Afternoon Snack: n/a
Supper: blue corn & sesame tortilla chips, pineapple salsa, steamed collard greens, kidney beans, sardines.
