Home, Home on the Range

I'm spending a week at BATUS / CFB Suffield with Eddie before we head out around the 1st for the road trip back to Indiana.

Workout

August 23
8:52 a.m. MT
Warm up: ~.25 mile walk
Distance: 6.65 miles
Duration: 1:10:58
Out in 35:51.1 [10:46 pace]
Back in 35:07.0 [10:33 pace]
Pace ave: 10:40
HR ave tbd, max tbd
Cool down: ~.25 mile walk
@start: 51, 76%, sunny, E@2
@end 62, 55%, sunny, calm

This was a good run, especially since it was the first one since I arrived. The altitude is a bit higher here than I'm used to, so the first couple runs are usually a bit of an effort. There is an electric sub-station along the route that interferes with my heart rate monitor when I run by it, so I'll have to edit my HRM info to get an accurate average and maximum.
