Just A Rest Day

We've been invited by the Dukes Battlegroup to a dinner party this evening. Given the condition of my left ankle, it should be interesting tottering around in my dress sandals which have rather high heels. I tried them on a little while ago to see whether it was going to work or not. It's dicey.

Remarkably enough, I don't feel particularly fatigued after yesterday's run. Of course, were I to go try to run, I'm sure I'd feel the effect.

Workout

Today is a rest day. Tomorrow is hill day, but I'm not sure where to do the workout. There isn't a hill here that's equivalent to the one I usually use. The hill leading into Ralston from the south is longer and less steep.
