No Workout, Just A Trip To Evansville

I went to Evansville today to pick up the packet for the 5k race tomorrow morning. I also went to a shoe place that specializes in fitting people with biomechanical problems. The person who helped me recommended that we just start with a small support for the cuboid arch on my left root. The support sticks to the outer underside of the insole. It feels odd, but I'm willing to give it a shot after the race tomorrow.

My right foot has a normal arch and proper weight distribution. My left foot has a high arch with uneven weight distribution. My left foot tends to want to roll out a little which explains how I could end up with a bone spur there.

The price of gas is down to $3.67 for regular unleaded at the truck stops at US 41 and Interstate 64. Woohoo.
