Ick! The humidity is back to gross levels. I guess I have Ike to thank for that by preventing the cold front from pushing through. The forecast is calling for 87 today, 90 tomorrow, and 87 on Sunday, after which things return to normal. I've been spoiled with the relatively nice weather lately, so I'm postponing my next long run until Monday or Tuesday morning when the conditions will be much more suitable to a long outing.
Tomorrow, I'm going to a horse show (as pit crew) in Evansville with my aunt. At the show, they have an indoor arena as well as an outdoor one. If it rains or gets too hot, they can move the show inside.

I watched The Brave One while on the treadmill. The extra mile and a half walk was to watch the end of the movie. This was supposed to be an easy recovery run, and it was. My legs felt pretty good.
