Taking It Easy

Today, I picked up sticks (thanks to Ike) and mowed the front yard. That's the extent of my physical exertions, and I still feel a bit fatigued, even after sleeping 9+ hours last night. Those 9 hours were interrupted around 3:30 a.m. with Mary (cat) meowing and rattling the door knob on the bedroom door. Sigh.

Workout

I've come to the conclusion that running the day after a long run isn't in my best interests at this point in my training (or maybe ever, for that matter), so it's a rest day. I'll be glad to get my schedule back to running T, W, R, Sa, & Su with M & F as rest days. Things seem to just work better that way.
