A Most Excellent Race

I set my alarm for 4:50 a.m. but woke up around 3:45 and never could get back to sleep. I finally got up about 4:30. I slept well, just not all that long, 5.5 hours or so. My gut cooperated, so by the time the race started, I felt pretty good.

When I got back home, after updating my blog entries, I finished watching Memoirs of a Geisha. I read the book a few years ago and enjoyed it quite a lot. I thought the movie was decent entertainment.
