I moseyed over around 1 p.m. to vote. There was NO line. I could either cast a paper ballot or use the electronic machine. I took the machine. Piece of cake.
Workout
November 4Should've done some sort of speed workout (hills or intervals), but didn't. I have no excuse other than sheer laziness.
Lunch: 12:15 p.m. Lean Cuisine Szechuan Style Stir Fry with Shrimp, raw cabbage, banana.
Afternoon Snacks: 2:00 p.m. Triscuits; 4:00 p.m. apple, granola, hot tea.
Supper: 7:20 p.m. Amy's Black Bean Vegetable Soup, Triscuits, raw cabbage, red grapes, granola.

I had a very strong urge to graze today, so I didn't go to the grocery store. If I went, I'd have been likely to buy crap I don't need or even really want. On the down side of not going, I don't have much on hand in the way of produce around, basically a partial head of cabbage and some frozen grapes. Granola isn't all that great for me either, and I've had a lot of it. I suppose it's better than a lot of junk I could be shoving down my gullet, though.
