More Poor Nutrition

Workout

November 14
Today is a rest day. I debated going for a run since yesterday's was much less than stellar, but elected to just stick with the schedule.

Food

Breakfast: 9:00 a.m. Kashi GoLean, 1% milk.
Lunch: 12:00 p.m. @Pood's - fried cod sandwich with ketchup, chips, Diet Coke.
Afternoon Snacks: 2:30 p.m. loads of Edy's Slow Churned Caramel Delight ice cream; 4:40 p.m. Payday.
Supper: 6:50 p.m. Lean Cuisine Deluxe Cheddar Potato & Broccoli, more ice cream.

More fine, fine nutrition! The fish sandwich was really tasty, though. I don't know why I didn't just get a pint of Haagen Dazs Butter Pecan. On the other hand, I don't know why I bought ice cream in the first place.
