Long Sleep, Sore Muscles

I slept almost 10 hours last night which was a much needed and very good thing. Another bonus was snagging Lean Cuisine for $1.90 each. Buehlers has a "Buy 1 Get 1" special at the moment. I rarely shop there, but that offer was too good to pass up.

Workout

January 8
6:21 p.m. CT
Warm up: .5 mile walk (treadmill)
Distance: 5.18 miles
Duration: 57:53
Pace ave: 11:10
HR ave 162, max 174
Cool down: .5 mile walk (treadmill)
@start: 25, 77%, clear, S@3
@end: 22, 87%, clear, SSE@1

I wanted this to be an easier run than the last few have been. It still wasn't as comfortable as I'd have preferred, but it was pleasant enough for a run in the cold with still tired feeling legs. The effort on this run was pretty even throughout, and the course is one of the flattest I have (still has a couple small hills, though).

Muscles sore from yesterday's weight training. Biceps still sore from Monday.
