Nice gym workout, even though it's too friggin' warm in there, but not so bad on the rower since it's by a window I can open. Was going to do some weights, but decided to go back and get cleaned up for supper.

Food

Was doing ok until after supper when we stopped by the bar to have a pint for Shaggy's 42nd birthday (he's in Germany) and stayed the whole evening and had a zillion. Tiny and Ron made it for the long haul. AK had to go clear roads. I'm gonna miss AK. 'Course, I already miss Shaggy!
