Workout
I decided to forgo a run or walk this morning. My ankle wasn't cooperating, and I had a ton of stuff to do before round one of my company arrived. Seems like there's still a ton more to do tomorrow morning before round two arrives. My ankle is still puffy and was protesting more today than over the past few days.Food
Breakfast: banana, kiwi, 1/2 Fuji apple.
Morning Snack: 1/2 oz almonds.
Lunch: mixed baby greens, broccoli, mushrooms, cucumber, bean sprouts, tomato, carrot, radish grapes, 1/2 oz sunflower seeds, feta, 1 tbsp ground flaxseed, raspberry balsamic vinegar.
Early Evening Snack: boatload of Terra exotic vegetable chips.
Dinner: steamed collard greens with raspberry balsamic vinegar, Amy's cream of mushroom soup.
The Terra Chips were a bit of a splurge, to be sure. We went to Elbert's Natural Foods Grocery in Evansville. They had edamame!! Yay!! I bought a couple bags along with three cans of Amy's Organic soup and 2 Amy's organic frozen meals and a package of buffalo burgers for Eddie.
