Good run, but a little on the warm side. Wanted to have a bit faster run today and tried to slowly increase speed throughout the run. Worked except for the hill. :-) Fastest time to date for this route. Left ankle still aches some.

Food

Yikes! Ate a ton at the cookout on Saturday night. Did ok Sunday throughout the day, but had a bunch of cookies that evening. Monday wasn't great. Had a small cheese pizza at the Indianapolis Zoo. Had steamed veggies and shrimp skewers for supper, but then topped it off with dessert of a cookie with ice cream, whipped topping, drizzle of chocolate and caramel and then more cookies that night. Sigh. Tuesday was better except for the cookies :-). Had a large salad for lunch, but we went to Ponderosa for supper and I ate too much. Urf. Back on track now, I hope.

Morning Stats

I'll get back to them soon. I didn't want to lug all that stuff with me on the trip. I'm too "afraid" to get on the scale right now.
