I'd wanted to go about 13 miles, but 12.74 was close enough. Instead of doing an out-and-back route, I just went out, and Eddie brought me back. He played pit crew again. With the wind blowing out of the north, I was really dreading the 3.3 miles straight into the wind on the way back right at the end, so I decided to just keep going on the road I was on. When I got to the TransCan, it was time to stop.
As expected, I felt pretty tired and stiff and a bit achey at the end, but mostly really hungry.

Breakfast: 8:30 a.m. Oatmeal Raisin Luna Bar.
Morning Snack: 10:30 a.m. 1/2 Lemon Luna Bar (during run).
Lunch: 12:35 p.m. raw veggies: cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, celery; cooked mixed veggies: corn, peas, carrots, broccoli; fries; breaded sole; nectarine.
Afternoon Snack: 5:15 p.m. sour cream & onion Ruffles.
Supper: 6:30 p.m. @Scorecard in Med Hat - cheddar bites, potato skins, veggie wrap, fries, a pint of some sort of honey brown ale.
Evening Snack: n/a
Urf. Ate too many fries at supper. Am still too full going on 3 hours later.

I guess I need to get back on the scales sometime soon. I brought them with me, but have preferred to live in ignorance of my weight lately.
