Just Watching the Olympics

I've been watching loads of the Olympics. Sure doesn't leave much time to watch the two Netflix movies I have on hand.

Workout

Today is a rest day on the workout schedule, so I didn't do much aside from mow the back yard and take a short mosey to my step-sister's place and back. Tomorrow is hill day.

Food

Breakfast: fruit salad - blueberries, strawberries, banana, grapes, 1/2 oz almonds.
Morning Snack: prunes.
Lunch: big salad - mixed baby greens, red leaf lettuce, onion, bell pepper, tomato, blueberries, cauliflower, sunflower seeds, ground flaxseed, raspberry balsamic vinegar, feta; Diet Coke.
Afternoon Snack: Triscuits, Laughing Cow Lite Spreadable Swiss, 6 dark Kisses.
Supper: grilled chicken breast, peas, collard greens, cherries, Crystal Light.
Evening Snack: Triscuits, local honey.
