Workout
I was supposed to do a long run today. Note the "supposed" part of the previous sentence. It's 7:00 p.m., and I'm still in my PJs. Tomorrow (normally a rest day, but I've had plenty of those lately) will work just as well, I suppose.

Breakfast: 9:00 a.m. blueberries, banana, green grapes, 1/2 oz almonds.
Morning Snack: n/a
Lunch: 12:50 p.m. whole wheat pita, hummus, grape tomatoes, green grapes.
Afternoon Snack: 2:00 p.m. Kashi TLC Roasted Vegetable Crackers, Laughing Cow Spreadable Swiss Lite, Diet Coke.
Supper: 6:00 p.m. grilled chicken with tarragon; mushrooms, onions, & garlic sauteed in Smart Balance; nuked red potatoes with Smart Balance.
Evening Snack: 8:10 p.m. green grapes.
