Hump Day Rest Day

I had a nice drive back from Indy arriving home around 10:30 a.m.

Workout

September 10: Today is a rest day; however, I sorta wish I'd taken my running gear to Indy since it was such a nice, cool (46) morning. My legs are still feeling a bit fatigued, though. Hmmmm.

Food

Breakfast: 8:30 a.m. @McDonalds - egg McMuffin, small OJ.
Lunch: 12:20 p.m. big salad of mixed baby greens, broccoli, carrots, orange bell pepper, grape tomatoes, blueberries, feta, raspberry balsamic vinegar, ground flaxseed, 1/2 oz almonds.
Afternoon Snack: 4:00 p.m. green grapes, Laughing Cow Spreadable Lite Swiss, Kashi TLC crackers.
Supper: 6:10 p.m. 2 whole wheat pitas, hummus, grape tomatoes, raw cauliflower.
