Uneventful Friday

I went to Evansville today and bought a pair of Brooks Dyads and then went to pick up my race packet for Sunday's half marathon. Spent the rest of the day vacuuming, dusting, and tidying up outside.

Breakfast: 8:30 a.m. banana, green grapes, clementines, 1/2 oz almonds.
Morning Snack: Kettle Sea Salt & Vinegar chips.
Lunch: 12:00 p.m. @parents' - bean & ham soup, cheese, crackers, cooked apples, Diet Coke.
Afternoon Snacks: 3:00 p.m. Diet Coke, loads of Kettle Sea Salt & Vinegar chips.
Supper: 8:30 p.m. black japonica rice, clementine, Cascadian Farm raisin cinnamon granola.
