Workout
November 18No excuses. Just didn't want to run today. Should've done some sort of hill work on the treadmill since I simply didn't want to brave the cold today, and the treadmill held zero allure. It's already down to 25 (9:30 pm) this evening, so it'll be a cold morning tomorrow, too.
Food
Breakfast: 8:30 a.m. banana, Bosc pear, black grapes, 1/2 oz almonds.Lunch: 12:30 p.m. Healthy Choice bean & ham soup, Triscuits, hot tea.
Supper: 5:30 p.m. 1 homemade oatmeal cookie, 1 Turtle, beef jerky, baked tostitos, queso, Diet Coke.
Jerky sounded really, really good. Tasted really, really good, too. And it's not THAT bad for me, either aside from the sodium and nitrates.
