Today was farrier day plus fetch a horse from the trainer day, amounting to a bit over 6 hours of travel time. All told, I left home at 7:15 this morning and got back at 4:30 this afternoon.

Food
Breakfast: 6:50 a.m. banana, apple, black grapes, 1/2 oz almonds.Morning Snack: 10:00 Corn Nuts, Payday, Diet Coke.
Lunch: 12:00 p.m. @Arby's - Beef & Cheddar, potato cakes, cherry turnover, tea.
Afternoon Snack: 5:00 p.m. mini bag microwave popcorn.
Supper: 7:15 p.m. Kashi Roasted Vegetable thin crust pizza, Diet Coke.
Yet another day of fine, fine nutrition.
