Did the warm up walk inside on my treadmill and the cool down walk outside (got pretty cold by the time I finished). I was mostly ok during the run. It took my hands a while to get and stay warm. The run itself wasn't all that great. The last half felt better than the first. I usually end up with a negative split on this run, but not today. I did well to get out the door in the first place. Bah.
Food
Breakfast: 9:00 a.m. banana, apple, kiwi, black grapes, 1/2 oz almonds.Lunch: 1:00 p.m. big salad - mixed baby greens, green bell pepper, red & yellow mini sweet peppers, cauliflower, carrot, tomato, avocado, 1/2 oz sunflower seeds, feta cheese, lemon juice, raisins.
Afternoon Snacks: 3:20 p.m. mini bag of microwave popcorn, 3 Dark Kisses, Diet Coke.Supper: 6:15 p.m. edamame, Lean Cuisine Salmon with Basil, Bosc pear.
Evening Snack: 8:30 p.m. mini Tootsie Pop, 5 Love Hearts (from the UK ... sorta like SweetTarts but not nearly as good).
