I bought a bag of miniature Reese's Peanut Butter cups yesterday evening. They are in my freezer. They frequently call my name. Resistance is futile.
I played the trombone today! I started with some (simple) Christmas carols and then ventured to the songs from Solo & Ensemble competition in high school. I couldn't play all of the latter stuff, mostly due to the high, high range, but I got through more than I thought I'd be able to do. My neighbor called just after I started, so I put her on speakerphone and played Away In A Manger for her. I guess I played about 30 minutes altogther. I have a fat lip now. :-) Woohoo!

November 8I don't want to run while I'm still coughing crap up out of my lungs. I guess I ought to get off my backside and go walk, though.
Food
Breakfast: 10:30 a.m. banana, green grapes, kiwi, 1/2 oz almonds.All Day: frozen Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
Supper: 6:15 p.m. edamame, ice cream.
