It's been a scorcher today, all the way up to the mid to upper 20's. At 7 pm, it was 18, tho. At 10 pm it's 22. Getting warmer! Woohoo!
My cold seems to have worsened some. It's definitely in my chest along with my head. Oh joy.

Food
Breakfast: 9:45 a.m. banana, clementine, kiwi, green grapes, 1/2 oz almonds.Lunch: 1:00 p.m. Campbell's chicken noodle soup (the 30% less sodium kind), Triscuits, pear, hot tea, 1 packet Splenda.
Afternoon Snacks: 3:45 p.m. mini bag microwave popcorn, 2 mini Tootsie Pops; general grazing - freshly baked oatmeal pecan cookies my neighbor made.
Supper: 7:30 p.m. whole wheat pita, hummus, Laughing Cow Spreadable Swiss.
Evening: hot tea w/splenda, couple of cookies.
