Ugh! This cold is getting worse. I don't have a fever, but I sure feel crappy. I didn't even manage to get out of PJ's today.
A cold front pounded through last night. It was 19 this morning, currently (9:00 pm) 26 with a windchill of 19. The forecast calls for the 30's for the rest of the week and weekend. Brrr. It's a relatively balmy 43 in Dallas (35 windchill).

December 4Um, ok, another day off. The half marathon in Dallas is bound to be just stellar ... not.
Food
Breakfast: 10:00 a.m. 1 packet Kashi vanilla oatmeal, 1 packet Quaker apples & cinnamon.Afternoon Grazing: lots of chips, hot tea.
Supper: 6:30 p.m. edamame, blueberries, hot tea.
Evening Snack: 8:00 p.m. hot chocolate; 10:00 a.m. 1/2 oz almonds, 4 prunes.
