Workout
January 15I was scheduled to run 4-5 miles today, but it's too cold (with the wind chill) to be outside, and I'm sick of the treadmill at the moment ... whether running or walking. Was going to do weight training today, too. Feh.
Food
Breakfast: 8:30 a.m. banana, Kashi oatmeal, 1/4 oz almonds.
Lunch: 11:50 a.m. Kashi Garden Vegetable Pasta, green leaf lettuce, blueberries, green grapes, 1 0z beef jerky.
Afternoon Snacks: 4:40 p.m. 1.5 oz beef jerky, 2 Snickers miniatures, Diet Coke, 1/2 oz cashews, 3 Lifesavers, mini bag of popcorn.
Supper: 7:00 p.m. Anasazi beans & rice, cherries.
Evening: more cashews and the rest of the Snickers miniatures Rockin' Nut Road flavor (you know, the ones I don't even like very well).
The desire for beef jerky of late perplexes me. So just the crap I ate this afternoon and evening.
