No Desire to Run

2009 goals this week: ran 20.51 mile, walked 9, strength trained twice, played piano & trombone once.

I just didn't have the desire to run. Before I started, I'd planned to do 4 miles at an easy pace. The warm up walk was fine, but once I started running, it just wasn't there. It was a chore to make it to two miles. Started 5.2 mph, ended at 5.5.

Triceps, shoulders, & chest are a little sore from the weight training on Monday.

Food

Breakfast: 9:15 a.m. banana, 1/4 oz almonds, packet Kashi vanilla oatmeal.
Lunch: 12:30 p.m. Lean Cuisine Parmesan Cruster Fish, green leaf lettuce, grapes tomatoes, green grapes.
Afternoon Snacks: 3:15 p.m. beef jerky.
Supper: 6:30 p.m. Anasazi beans & rice, eggplant, cherries, 4 cashews.
Evening: 8:15 p.m. 4 Triscuit, wedge of Laughing Cow Light, light yogurt.

I felt hungry this afternoon, not a usual occurrence the past week and half or so. My calories earlier in the day were comparable to previous days, so I'm not sure what the deal is.

1,478 calories: 15% from fat, 21% from protein, 64% from carbs.
