Definitely No Negative Splits Today

The caffeine withdrawal headache began around 7:30 this evening. While Diet Coke is out, tea isn't, so I'll have a cup later if gets very bad. Another side effect of all the crap I've been eating is my allergies are worse again (sneezing, itchy eyes, sinuses flowing). I still haven't taken any medications (prescription or otherwise) since June 1 (aside from 2 ibuprofen sometime over the summer). I've never been diagnosed with a food allergy, but I think the results of the past couple months show I have a sensitivity to something that's generally not listed among health foods of the world. Whatever it is, small amounts are okay, but eating-mostly-junk-food amounts are not. The two things coming to mind that I've had far more than usual of are cheese and flour/bread, mainly in the form of cookies, pizza, and "pizza dessert" stuff.
