Happy New Year!

Tomorrow afternoon, we're heading up to Indy to spend the night with my cousins in Mooresville. Eddie's flight back to Calgary is at 9:20 a.m. Saturday. With Indy being an hour ahead, we'd have to leave at 4 a.m. to get him up there in time were we to go up Saturday morning. Ugh.

Boy, was I ever uncomfortable on this run! I'd just eaten pizza & cheesy bread and was completely stuffed. At first I was just going to walk, but decided I really should run, especially since it's the first day of the new year. Aside from feeling like my gut was going to pop, the run was good, even as I picked up the pace in the last mile.

Food

Lying in bed this morning, I was trying to decide whether to start eating better today or just wait another couple days until Eddie heads back to Canada. Waiting won out. Blame it on the eggnog ... I hadn't had any at all this Christmas, yet. Check out this load of crap!

Throughout late morning: 1/2 banana, lots of Terra Chips, 1/2 Milky Way, beef jerky, egg nog.
Evening: small amount of peanut brittle, a few Kettle chips, Papa Johns pizza & cheesy bread, two Lindt Lindor truffles, Diet Coke.
