A decent run. Sucking air more than I should, but that gets back to the extra weight and lack of training the past month. I'm pleased, though, to still be able to run sub-11:00 fairly comfortably. Stupid left ankle still isn't right. Was rather hoping that with a month of little running that it might fix itself. Am considering getting a stationary bike for cross training. It's something I'd use, and it costs less than joining yet another gym
