This was a nice, comfortable run. It rather tickles me pink that 10:30 is nice and comfortable. Yay! The half marathon is on Sunday, so I'll most likely take the next two days off or, if I run tomorrow, it'll just be a couple easy miles. Saturday will definitely be a no-run day. I'm also driving to Dallas tomorrow.
Food
Still ... lots of crap. Finished off the Peanut M&M's and then managed to dig into miniature Reese's peanut butter cups. Egads. Gotta change the view of myself in my head to someone who rarely, if ever, eats that junk.
