Two of My Favorite Things: sushi and hockey!

I had sushi at Nagasaki for lunch with my dad & step-mom (they are cooked food :-)). It was good, but not as good as at my favorite place in Dallas, Kampai. I had the ubiquitous California Roll, yellowtail, flounder, seas bass, smelt eggs, salmon eggs. Yum.

The Evansville Icemen blew out the Chicago Blaze 10-3. The Icemen's #15, Michael Uvodich from Overland Park, Kansas, got a hat trick. There were I think 4 fights. It was very good to get to see a live hockey game, again. It's been a long while!

Brrrrr! Since I'm postponing my long run for a day or two until it warms up a little and the winds abate a bit, today was just a recovery run. Took it easy, or at least it felt easy. Pace was similar to the hilly run the other day, no hills tho. Felt good.

Food

One day, I really will get back to eating better, but I just don't know when that will be. The sushi I ate didn't have any junk (fried stuff or cream cheese, etc.), so it wasn't so bad. A salad with grilled chicken at Mickey D's wasn't so bad (very little dressing, no crispy things on it). The Terra Chips Stripes & Blues, on the other hand, ... not so good ... especially since I hoovered the whole bag. I truly felt very hungry. Have felt that way all day. Even after the 6.5 oz bag of chips, I don't feel particularly full. Hmmmm.
