I took my car in to have the new tired mounted and balanced today. One less thing to worry about.

This run was just okay. My average HR was the same as when I ran the this route with a 10:09 pace when it was really windy, and it was higher than three weeks ago with a 10:05 pace. I don't know if it's because my conditioning is falling off or whether my body is trying to fight off some bug or if I'm not properly hydrated or what the deal is.
