I spent all the late morning, afternoon, and early evening cleaning the HTML and CSS cobwebs out of my brain by working on my mom's church's website. I'm off to a decent start, but it's slow going at the beginning when I spend more time looking up stuff I used to know than actually getting much real work done.
There is a bulge on the sidewall of the left rear tire on my car. I bought the tires from Discount Tire Online back in August & have put about 15k miles on them since then. A long trip to Alberta and and several to Dallas add up quickly. Anyway, I bought replacement certificates when I bought the tires, so I called DT on Saturday afternoon when I discovered the bulge. They don't have office hours on the weekend, so I called Monday morning. Monday afternoon, the Indy store called me back to get my shipping details, and today a new tire arrived via FedEx. It's so nice when a process works like it's supposed to without hassle.

Workout
April 21, Tuesday7:35 a.m. CT
Warm up: .6 mile walk
Distance: 4 miles [1@5.3 mph, (.25@6.8, .25@5.3) x 3, .25@6.8, .25@3.8, 1@5.3]
Duration: 44:15
Pace ave: 11:03
HR ave 161, max 185
Cool down: 1 mile walk
Shoes: Pegasus 25
The 6.8 mph speed was good with my legs, but my breathing just kept getting progressively worse with each interval which is why I walked after the 4th one. It just feels like I can't get enough air in. When I woke up this morning, it felt worse again. I judge it by how big and deep a breath I can take before I feel like coughing. Not so big this morning.
I'll just keep adding a 400 or two each week & will slowly up the speed on them as well.
Food
I can get so involved in writing code that hours go by. This is good from an eating perspective. I probably should have eaten more today, but I was busy and didn't feel hungry.

The biggest mistake a car owner can make when replacing tires is, not using the correct size. This gives unwanted trouble when we are on an emergency trip. So it’s always wise to choose the right size tires for your car. With this convenient online tire and wheel online company, I get the best advice and great deliveries on time. You just have to give them your make and model of your car and they will send you the right size.
