Yay! 5 Miles on a Sun Day!

After 4 days being in a pretty deep funk, I manged to get up and out the door for a nice run in the sunshine. So much for the sun, tho. After a brilliant start, the late afternoon ended up colder, grayer, and wetter. Ugh.

I got a bit warm today. I warmed up a lot quicker than I'd expected it would, so I was overdressed. Anyway, it was a good run, especially considering I've not done anything much since my last run, which was the opposite of stellar, on Sunday. I did a 30 minute ashtanga yoga routine yesterday and level 8 on the fitness ladder Mon, Tue, & Wed. Should is a bit achy today, so am giving it a rest.

Food

Note to self: whey protein powder and oatmeal don't mix well. Am trying, again, to get more protein to see if it makes me feel less hungry throughout the day. Of course, eliminating the boredom would go a long way toward ignoring feeling hungry.
