The goal for this workout was to go a little faster than yesterday, but not over do it, right around an 11:20 pace, hopefully, with my HR 75-80% most of the time. Wonder of wonders, that's what I actually did. I felt pretty fatigued on the way back, tho, and getting up McCarty Hill was harder work than usual. My quads were really feeling it. I need to start doing some hill sprints again sometime soon.
