The goal for this run was an easy effort at 70-75% max, which is about 140-150 bpm for me. The last 1/2 to 3/4 mile or so was mostly in the 150's, but for the most part I managed to keep it dialed back.
Food
I ate out with Sooz & Kenny and Carol at a place called Dogwood BBQ in Vincennes this evening. The food was just ok. The shredded BBQ pork was really good, tho. I passed up the dumplings, mashed potatoes, and bread and stuck with plain veggies in addition to one pork rib and the shredded pork. It's difficult to enter the foods into Calorie King correctly, though, because I'm just guesstimating sizes. I could be way over, or under for that matter.
