I'm very happy with this run. I managed to keep the pace where I wanted it (especially considering the temp and humidity) with the last 2.25 mile lap being much quicker, particularly the last half mile. This is the longest I've run since the half marathon in Dallas back on March 15th. I've been struggling with the long runs, so it's nice to get a good one under my belt. Even better, aside from a bit of soreness from the weight training session on Friday, nothing hurts!
