Nice workout. The StairMaster makes my knees a bit achey, though. Will miss the gym equipment when I go back home.
Food
Yogurt for breakfast. Fish, peas, and fries for lunch. Pizza for supper. Yeah, well. Eddie has a voucher for a free one. I know that doesn't mean we have to actually use it, but it'll be the first pizza we've had during this visit.
