While it's not been frigidly cold, it's that damp, gray, seeps into your bones cold that makes you want to go into hibernation until April. Aside from going for runs, I haven't left my property since I got back from Indy on Saturday evening. The piano tuner came today, so at least I actually talked to someone in person. I'll venture out to volunteer in my aunt's second grade class tomorrow, stop by the grandparents' place, and run by the grocery and Rural King (suet on sale).
I came across this cool vitamin wheel on the Live It Up! site this evening.

Cool down: .5 mile walk (treadmill)
@start: 34/30, 97%, drizzle, SW@4
@end: 34/30, 97%, drizzle, S@4
Shoes: Yellow Pegasus
I wanted to do an easy 5k which it was, although it felt like I was running more quickly that I actually was. Perhaps it's coincidental, but running in my most recent pair of Pegasuses (Pegasai? Pegasi?) prior to the newest ones, my ankle didn't bother me. Nike did some tinkering in the latest Pegasus edition, and I'm still not sure I'm happy about it. I like the previous edition better. They feel a lot softer and generally comfier.
I'm a little sore from yesterday's weight training session. My abs were sore first, followed by shoulders, and biceps. Triceps aren't sore. Biceps hurt the most, but nothing is at that it-hurts-to-move-even-the-slightest-amount level.
