Another Lazy Day

Outside of watering some flowers and pulling up a few weeds this morning, I've mostly been parked on the couch with my ankle wrapped watching Le Tour de France, America's Got Talent from last night, a show I'd recorded eons ago about Auschwitz, and whatever else cropped up. So You Think You Can Dance is also on tonight. Yay! I thought about going to my mom's to do some pool running or treading water, but the thought quickly passed. I just don't feel like getting wet.

Ankle

I officially have a plantar calcaneal enthesophyte, otherwise known as a bone spur. I haven't seen the x-ray films, so I don't know exactly where it is. It's not on the bottom of my heel, so I'm assuming it's on the calcaneus somewhere right near one of the lateral ankle ligament attachments, the calcaneofibular ligament attachment or one of the two talofibular ligament attachments. I plan to go by the hospital to get a copy of the film.
