I watched Iron Man this evening. While I liked it, I expected more. When all was said and done, it just seemed rather anticlimactic.

It's such a nice day today! My goal for the run was to just enjoy the day, take it easy, and not worry about pace. It felt pretty good, although I noticed my breath was a little ragged again on one of the hills. Just another reason to get back to eating well and ditching the junk. My left ankle was a tad "twinge-y" but in a new spot.
