Another treadmill day, but I only walked. Nearly all of it was at 1% incline, but I bumped it up to 15% for a minute or two a couple times and to 10% for a minute once, all in the last half hour. Speed was 3.3 up to 3.6 mph through 2.3 miles, then up to 3.7 for a little while followed by 3.8 for the last 30+ minutes. To keep from becoming stark raving mad from boredom, I watched the last half of Ugly Betty followed by Grey's Anatomy.
Food
Breakfast: 8:20 a.m. banana, apple, back grapes, 1/2 oz almonds.Lunch: 11:50 p.m. Lean Cuisine Tortilla Crusted Fish.
Afternoon Snacks: 3:30 p.m. Peanut M&M's, baked Tostitos & salsa, edamame.
Supper: 6:30 p.m. mini bag of microwave popcorn, hot tea, 3 Dark Kisses.
Evening Snack: 9:30 p.m. Triscuits and salsa.
Once again I'm out in the weeds where nutrition is concerned.
