I cleaned out of few of the house's gutters today (the ones I can reach without my neighbor's extension ladder) and went to the boys' and girls' basketball games tonight against Wood Memorial. Boys won 88-39 & were hitting 3-pointers like crazy. It was a nice season opener, that's for sure. The girls also won by a large margin, but I don't recall the score at the moment. I really liked having the girls' & boys' varsity play consecutive games on the same night instead of having the boys' JV before the varsity game.
Go Tigers!
Workout
November 29Aside from walking to and from the basketball games, about a mile total, I gave my ankles another day of rest. Tomorrow is a long run, and I want to go about 14 miles. If my ankles get achey during the run, I might switch to a run/walk to see how that affects them. I forgot to go to Evansville and get more Gu, so I guess I'll take grapes. At least they won't stick to my teeth and will be fairly easy to get down the hatch.
Food
Breakfast: 10:30 a.m. banana, green grapes, clementine, 1/2 oz almonds.Lunch: 2:10 p.m. Birdseye Steam Fresh broccoli with edamame, carrots, & water chestnuts; light yogurt; 1/2 oz almonds; Diet Coke.
Supper: 5:50 p.m. Amy's Lentil Soup, Triscuits, Skippy Natural peanut butter.
Evening: @game - Diet Coke; 9:30 p.m. Bosc pear.
Yeah, Diet Coke is creeping slowly back into the daily intake. I actually bought a 12-pack the other day. When it's gone, I'm not buying any more, to keep in the house, at least not until Eddie gets here in mid-December. He might shrivel up and die without it.
