November 7Today is an official rest day. I guess I better get in gear and register for the White Rock Half Marathon in Dallas next month.
Food
Breakfast: 8:00 a.m. banana, clementine, Bosc pear, 1/2 oz almonds.Lunch: 12:30 p.m. Cheddar pretzel crisps, apple, northern beans, dried cranberries.
Afternoon Snacks: 4:00 p.m. Loads of Golden Crisps (AKA Super Sugar Crisps ... the ones with the bear on the box, not the frog), 1% milk.
Evening Junk: 8:30 p.m. Kettle Chips, Raisinets.
