This was supposed to be a recovery/easy run, so I made a concerted effort to keep the pace down. 11:01 is still faster than my training plan calls for at the moment, but it was a very nice, comfortable, felt-like-I-could-go-forever pace, especially considering the warm conditions and coming after a hard workout yesterday.
