The plan for this outing was a tempo run: a slow mile followed by 3@10:00 followed by another slow mile. I got close to the 10:00 -- 1@11:37 (hr ave 135/max 148), 3@10:07 (168/178), 1.18@11:33 (164/176). I felt pretty good. It was comfortably hard. I wasn't dying by any stretch and wasn't wanting to walk, but I was glad to be able to slow down for the last mile. I don't think my pace was all that even during the three miles. I know I was running a little faster the last half mile of it or so.
Food
Yeah, I should've left the apple danish at Gran's, but I was seriously, very seriously, jonesing for it. Not much harm from the calories for the day, but a ton of fat in it.
