My quads were still a little sore from Sunday's sprints, and as the run progressed, I debated the wisdom of doing a quick run on sore legs. They are sorer now! Had some breathing difficulty, again, but aside from that & the legs, it was a pretty good outing. I thought I might break my fastest time for the course, but missed it by 14 seconds.

My Food Diary on CalorieKing.comThe past couple days, I've been really hungry & my calorie intake and quality of what I've been eating has reflected it. Peanut M&M's two days in a row ... tsk tsk! At least I got in a little extra activity by walking my neighbor's dog twice today.
